The Annual General Meeting of Knockavilla Donaskeigh Kickham GAA Club will be held in the Clubrooms Dundrum  on Saturday  the 22nd of January at 8.15pm. Nominations and motions to be  received by Tommy Hayes Hon Secretary no later than Friday the 21st of  January.


The committee and membership of Knockavilla Donaskeigh Kickham GAA club offer their deepest sympathies to MrsVeronica Taylor and family on the recent death of her husband Mick of Abbey lands, Ferrybank , Waterford and late of Ballinahinch, after a long illness bravely borne. We also offer our condolences to the extended Taylor family Ballinahinch on their sad loss. Ar dheis Dé go raibh a anam dilis.

Juvenile AGM.
The Annual General Meeting of the Juvenile Club will be held in the Clubrooms on Friday the 28th of January  at 8.30pm. Any motions or nominations  for  all officers and selectors  will be accepted  up to the 27th of January. FC Dundrum Table Quiz.

FC Dundrum will hold a table quiz in the Venue Dundrum House Hotel on Friday next the 21st of January @ 9pm. Table of four 40 euro. The club are presently leading the 3rd Division of the Tipperary Southern & District league and are looking likely contenders for promotion. Your support on the night would be greatly appreciated.

Book launch

A new book entitled 'Micheál Mac Cárthaigh - Fíor-Ghael Thiobraid Árann’ was launched on Tuesday night the 14th Dec. in Brú Ború, Cashel @ 7.30pm under the auspices of Conradh na Gaeilge. The book, which features lectures and addresses given by Micheál over many years, has been compiled by Dónal Ó Muirgheasa O.S., former Principal of Knockavilla N.S. and will be on sale @ €10.

Card nights .

The card nights at the old courthouse in Dundrum are proving a great success and are continuing every Wednesday  night from 7.00 - 9.00pm.

Knockavilla /Donaskeigh Youth Club.

Knockavilla/Donaskeigh Youth Club continues every Friday night in Knockavilla Community centre from 7 pm to 8.30pm. The first few weeks have been  great fun for all concerned. The club is open to 8-12 year olds attending  primary school.
